Jalapeno Cheddar Sourdough Biscuits

Makes: 10-12 biscuits

Ingredients:

2 cups all-purpose flour

3 tsp baking powder

1 tsp baking soda

1 tsp salt

1/2 cup butter, frozen

1 cup sourdough discard

1/2 cup greek yogurt

2 large jalapenos (add more or less for taste)

1 cup freshly shredded cheddar cheese


*Jalapeno and cheese can be removed for plain biscuit*
